How do I invite someone to my household?

Open the household or challenges section in the app and use the invite option to generate a link or code. Share it with the person you want to add; they can join via the link or by entering the code.

How do I cancel OkayThen Pro?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open your device settings → Subscriptions (or Google Play subscriptions) and cancel OkayThen Pro there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email us at with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll process your request and remove your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
